Had a really good workout this morning,
I start doing Zumba twice a week starting tomorrow morning. My mom’s been going for a few months now and has lost so much weight, she looks amazing. So between Zumba and my walks I’m hoping to have a good dent in my weight by Christmas. If I can come home from work Christmas morning and be able to go for an entire run then I will be the happiest person to exist :)
